Zn-Al alloy steel wire has strong corrosion resistance and self-healing capacity,and it'scrossion resistance capacity is 5-10 times that of common pure galvanized steel wire.The product has strong ductlity and deformability,is easy to weld and welds firmly,and can withstand the test of wraping and bending under the ocndition of strong deformation process,without worring about the cracking and shedding of zinc cotaing. This product is widely used in animal husbandry industry,with the upgradingof welding equipment,the fastness and anticorrosion of weld point have beed solved,After many years practice,it has been proved that the production process has matured and can replace the traditional process of weld before galvanizing,it not only reduces the manufacturing cost,also make the appearance more neat and smooth.

Tensile Strength (Mpa)
The tensile strength is defined as the maximum load achieved in the tensile test, divided by the cross-sectional area of the wire test piece. Galvanized Wire is produced using soft, medium and hard grade wires. The following table specifies the tensile range according to the grade:
